The Big Move

Well....the time has come for us to get everything in order for the big move. It's been very interesting trying to figure out the logistics of moving to an island. We have started selling a lot of our things and we are trying to get the rest organized to take with us. My car is waiting in Florida to get on a ship....hopefully it makes it there in a timely fashion so we don't have to rent a car for long.

FYI--
-Our flight leaves before 6 am on Tuesday, July 28th and we arrive in San Juan just before 1pm.
-I start orientation at school August 4th and school actually begins August 12th.

**The urbanization name is a Puerto Rico thing....it denotes the neighborhood or area you live in. We actually live in a suburb of San Juan called Hato Rey, but our urbanization name is El Vedado and must go at the beginning of our address below our names. :)

**The word Calle means Street in Spanish and goes before the street name. (In English our address would be 424 12th of October St. Apt. 2A....don't address things in English though, everything must be addressed as it is above.)

A regular stamp will get letters/envelopes to us. Puerto Rico is a US commonwealth so the post office will mail small packages there quickly and fairly inexpensively.
