Our Kitten Friend

Joe and I kept hearing a little kitten meow outside of our bedroom window. We kept going outside to look for it but couldn't see it through the thick bushes. After a few weeks of hearing the little thing meowing, he walked out of the bushes and stared and Joe at his friend as they were about to get in his car. The kitten was TINY so Joe brought him inside and we decided to keep him for the time being and make sure he was healthy. Of course we ended up loving the little guy and we kept him. Here are a few pictures from when he was just a little kitten.

His name is Mac

This is Los Tubos Beach. It has huge waves, lots of shells and is totally secluded. Just another day at the beach...

Our First Visitor

I am going to try to get back into posting on here at least once a week. I have a ton to catch up on, and I'm sure I'll end up forgetting things. I shouldn't have let this go so long. Anyways....

Our first visitor was Joe's mom, Dana. She came September 3-7, 2009 and stayed at our apartment. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and gloomy for most of her stay. We made the best of it and visited the rain forest in Rio Grande, Luquillo Beach and Culebra Island. I've waited so long to post this that Dana and Joe's dad, Mike, will be back down here in about a month from now! Here are some pictures from her trip.

We really miss Blue Moon so she brought some along for us

At the rain forest in front of Joe's car that he bought down here. Don't mind the neon sunglasses.

A little lizard. These are everywhere.
